MRS BPO LLC in Taylor, AL is seeking bilingual (English-Spanish) Call Center Agents. The role requires fluency in both languages, strong communication, and customer-service experience.

Training runs 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday for the first 15–20 days, followed by a Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM schedule. You will support delinquent accounts with a focus on respectful resolution, earn around $15–$16 per hour with benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contact members with delinquent loans and defaulted share accounts using MRS BPO guidelines and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Negotiate effectively with members to minimize delinquency while maintaining positive relationships.
• Establish and update member information on delinquent accounts.
• Review payment history to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain reports such as Over the limit, on-line freeze, share balances below loan pledge, reject overdraft and negative balance.
• Act as a liaison between businesses and customers to resolve outstanding financial obligations.
