Arizona Liver Health is seeking a Call Center Scheduler/Medical Records specialist in Mesa, AZ. This full-time, non-exempt role supports patient scheduling, pre-registration, and medical records management with HIPAA compliance and accurate data entry.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to communicate professionally with patients and providers while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Windows, and multi-line telephone system.
• Ability to communicate professionally with patients, providers, and 3rd party vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) required

Responsabilités

• Schedule patient initial and follow up appointments ensuring efficient use of provider time and the appropriate care for patients.
• Perform patient pre-registration including accessing and updating patient information as indicated.
• Perform data entry and appointment confirmation.
• Maintain schedule accuracy for maximum patient flow.
• Maintain effective communication with office staff and providers in all of the health centers as needed.
• Maintains patient confidentiality in compliance with the Privacy Act and HIPAA.
