Job summary

Adecco is assisting a leading company in recruiting for a Call Center Representative in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This Temp-to-Hire role offers $13.50 per hour, with a hybrid work model available after training.

Initial 4 months onsite for training, then hybrid. Responsibilities include providing professional customer service in a fast-paced call center, handling inquiries by phone and other channels, accurately documenting interactions, following procedures, and meeting performance expectations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel or Google Docs/Sheets.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with professional verbal and written proficiency.
• Ability to commit to a 40-hour workweek.
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Assist customers by phone and through other communication channels as required.
• Accurately document customer interactions and information using company systems.
• Follow established procedures and meet customer service and performance expectations.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.
