Gainwell Technologies is recruiting bilingual Call Center Representatives to support members in California from a remote, full-time capacity. You will handle healthcare benefits inquiries in English and Spanish, document interactions, and provide top-notch customer service.

Qualified candidates reside in California, have at least one year of call center experience, and possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Summary

This is a 100% remote, full-time position. Candidates must reside in California.

You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while assisting members with questions about their healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.

Your role in our mission

• Assist members by phone with questions about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Research member questions, resolve concerns, and help members understand their next steps.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our systems.
• Work with teammates and leadership to provide a positive customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Must currently reside in California.
• Fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable assisting customers professionally in both languages.
• At least one year of experience working in a call center or contact center environment assisting customers by phone.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while assisting customers by phone.

What you should expect in this role

• $25 per hour
• 100% remote within California

• Candidates selected to move forward will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment as part of the selection process.

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $52,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
