Gainwell Technologies is seeking bilingual Call Center Representatives for a 100% remote role based in California. You will handle member inquiries about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and services in both English and Spanish.

We expect at least 1 year in a call center, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and comfort navigating multiple computer systems. This is a full-time, remote position with comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.

Summary

Gainwell Technologies is hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives throughout California to join our growing customer service team.

If you are fluent in English and Spanish, have call center experience, and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you.

This is a 100% remote, full-time position. Candidates must reside in California.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while assisting members with questions about their healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.

Your role in our mission

• Assist members by phone with questions about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Research member questions, resolve concerns, and help members understand their next steps.

What we're looking for

• Must currently reside in California.
• Fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable assisting customers professionally in both languages.
• At least one year of experience working in a call center or contact center environment assisting customers by phone.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while assisting customers by phone.

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $52,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
