Job summary

Mac Haik Chevrolet in Houston is seeking a bilingual Business Development Representative to connect with our community in the language they’re most comfortable speaking. The role focuses on responding to internet leads, calls, texts, and chats in English and Spanish about our used-vehicle inventory and setting appointments.

You will keep detailed CRM notes, hand customers to the sales team, and meet daily activity goals for calls, texts, emails, and appointments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in automotive BDC, sales, or call center is preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, texts, and chat in English and Spanish about our used vehicle inventory.
• Answer basic questions about vehicle availability, trade-ins, and financing options, and set appointments for customers to see and drive the vehicle.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with no-shows.
• Follow up with customers who haven’t purchased yet or who need a next step.
• Keep detailed, accurate notes in our CRM.
• Hand customers off smoothly to the sales team and keep them updated.
• Hit daily activity goals for calls, texts, emails, and appointments set.

Mac Haik Chevrolet is one of the highest-volume Chevrolet dealerships in Houston. Our used car location on Gessner carries a wide selection of used cars, trucks, and SUVs from many makes. We’re looking for a bilingual BDR to help us connect with more of our community in the language they’re most comfortable speaking.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, texts, and chat in English and Spanish about our used vehicle inventory
• Answer basic questions about vehicle availability, trade‑ins, and financing options, and set appointments for customers to see and drive the vehicle
• Confirm appointments and follow up with no‑shows
• Follow up with customers who haven’t purchased yet or who need a next step
• Keep detailed, accurate notes in our CRM
• Hand customers off smoothly to the sales team and keep them updated
• Hit daily activity goals for calls, texts, emails, and appointments set

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both speaking and writing (required)
• Automotive BDC, sales, or call center experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
• Friendly, upbeat, and confident on the phone
• Comfortable with computers, texting platforms, and CRM software
• Organized, with strong follow‑up habits
• Competitive and motivated by goals and bonuses
• Valid driver’s license; able to pass a background check and drug screen
