Job summary

Faire is seeking a Senior Brand Success Manager (Korean/English) to manage a book of brands in a hybrid model across Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco. You will coach brands to maximize Faire Direct usage, drive adoption of brand-funded programs, and upsell new products and programs.

You will own relationships, hit sales goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and processes for retailers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in a fast paced environment.
• Experience using Salesforce, data visualization software, and call recording tools.
• Fluent in Korean; strong communication in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Engage with brands via email, phone, and video calls at scale and 1:1.
• Own your book of business and revenue outcomes.
• Develop and manage customer relationships built on trust and credibility.
• Drive brand adoption and retention in brand-funded programs like Ads and Insider Partnership.
• Identify growth opportunities and coach brands from strategy to execution.
• Communicate new product releases and updates to accounts.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform product development and blockers.
