PGW Auto Glass in Gardena, CA is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to ensure safe and profitable operation, oversee all daily activities, and lead a small team. Your scope includes customer satisfaction, safety, Lean/5S, housekeeping, inventory management, sales, staff recruitment, labor productivity and cost control.

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Experience applying Lean concepts and 5S in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily branch operations.
Lead inventory management and ensure accurate records.
Recruit, train, and coach warehouse staff to deliver excellent service.
Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across the branch.
Collaborate with Sales to meet customer requirements and revenue targets.
Monitor labor costs and overtime to stay within budget.
