Job summary

PGW Auto Glass LLC seeks a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations under the Branch Manager, providing hands-on leadership to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment.

The role coordinates daily assignments, coaches team members, enforces safety, assists with inventory control and material handling, and communicates between warehouse staff and management while performing core warehouse functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience required.
• Ability to lead by example and coach team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and oversee daily work assignments to ensure quality and productivity.
• Lead and assist with receiving, storing, handling, and shipping of product and supplies.
• Coordinate cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Perform and support warehouse functions including order pulling, staging, loading, unloading, stocking, and bin maintenance.
• Supervise activities such as truck loading/unloading and inventory movement.
• Enforce safe work practices and coach on material handling safety standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new warehouse associates.
• Identify and resolve workflow or operational issues.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet deadlines.
• Verify product availability and in-stock status to support sales.
• Provide leadership support to supervisors and act as a bridge between management and staff.
