Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, safe picking, and loading customer vehicles.
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and encourage loyalty.
• Adapt communication style to audiences in email, phone, or in person.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will call orders/shipping product.
• Prepare customer backorders and put away stock received.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Navigate multiple computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
• Perform housekeeping to meet Grainger standards and follow safety guidelines.
