Employbridge is seeking a Bilingual Branch Recruiter to join our on-site team in Plainfield, IN. The recruiter will source candidates, screen resumes, interview applicants, and refer qualified candidates to fill high-volume staffing orders.

The role emphasizes diversity hiring, compliance, and timely fills. The position requires 2+ years in staffing or recruiting, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent customer service skills including handling difficult situations diplomatically.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Fluent in English; Creole a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and screen resumes to build a strong pipeline.
• Interview applicants and refer qualified candidates to job assignments to meet staffing goals.
• Maintain and update candidate database in the CRM system.
• Conduct drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.
• Utilize market knowledge to fill orders with qualified candidates.
