EmployBridge is seeking a Branch Recruiter in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on high-volume recruitment, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding applicants through the full vetting cycle to meet staffing goals.

As a branch recruiter, you will build a strong candidate pipeline, write effective job postings, perform background checks, and collaborate with field teams to fill diverse roles promptly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven experience navigating a diverse recruiting process.
• Track record of success with client engagement.
• Experience using various platforms and dashboards to drive effective decisions.
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle stress diplomatically.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates and screen resumes to fill orders.
• Interview applicants and refer well-qualified candidates for job assignments.
• Maintain and grow an active candidate pipeline and database.
• Develop creative sourcing plans including community engagement and online postings.
• Manage the interview process and guide candidates through the cycle.
• Ensure compliance, time-to-fill goals, and diversity hiring objectives.
