Job summary
Ascend Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Branch Manager in Sterling, VA to oversee daily branch operations, lead a team of recruiters, and maintain strong client relationships. You will drive recruitment efforts, ensure service delivery, and contribute to strategic growth of the staffing branch.

Qualifications
- 1+ year of management experience and ability to lead a team.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required for client and candidate communications.
- Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and recruitment activities.
- Lead recruiters and support staff; manage client relationships and service delivery.
- Meet sales goals and drive revenue growth; prepare branch financial reports.
- Ensure smooth client transitions from sales to branch operations.
