Job summary

Midway Staffing is seeking a Branch Manager in Aurora, IL to lead the branch like their own business. You'll drive fill rates, retention, client satisfaction, and branch profitability, while coaching a team of recruiters and staff in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work Monday–Friday, with bilingual English and Spanish fluency essential, and you will report to the Regional Manager. The role comes with a $70,000–$80,000 salary and quarterly bonus opportunities, plus a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have staffing industry experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience leading recruiters and account managers to performance goals.
• Strong understanding of HR management and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day branch operations including payroll, reporting, and recruitment.
• Set clear KPIs, coach the team to hit targets, and celebrate success.
• Be the primary contact for clients on job orders and issues, resolving them quickly.
• Support the branch sales rep and help develop new accounts, building relationships at all levels.
• Grow the branch by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
