Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Branch Manager to join our Burlington, New Jersey team. The role oversees all branch operations and acts as the main contact for clients, driving recruitment and client relations.

Ideal candidate has 2 years of staffing industry experience, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and will manage a team, meet hiring targets, and ensure SOP compliance across the branch.

Qualifications

• Previous staffing or industry experience.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
• Proven performance in branch management, P&L responsibility, and sales management.
• Direct supervision of multiple direct reports for more than 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of partnerships with companies and community organizations through daily communication and in-person visits.
• Build high-performing teams by recruiting, hiring, and training staffing professionals.
• Establish and monitor goals for the branch team through weekly 1:1s.
• Administer activity and result expectations within the first 30 days.
• Foster open dialogue with supervisors regarding performance and company matters.
• Develop motivational activities to enhance morale and retain colleagues.
• Drive recruitment and business development to meet annual targets and budgets.
• Maintain branch operations and appearance per company standards and ensure SOP compliance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of financial and business reporting to manage market operations.
