Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Sales Manager with overall branch activities, including sales and service, community leadership and regulatory compliance.
• Train, direct and supervise branch staff while maintaining a professional work environment.
• Act as a loan liaison to ensure requests comply with policies and funding processes.
• Lead member engagement initiatives to grow branch profitability and improve the member experience.
• Ensure daily balancing of transactions and maintain cash controls; monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
