Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Sales Manager with directing sales and service at the branch.
• Act as a loan liaison ensuring requests follow policies and are properly documented and funded.
• Engage with members to grow branch profitability and provide excellent service.
• Assist in onboarding and training of staff; maintain a professional work environment.
• Ensure daily close balances and manage cash handling and ATM servicing as needed.
