Responsibilities

• Handles initial contact with members in person, by phone, or email to enhance their experience.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers to appropriate staff for accounts and loans.
• Balances cash drawer daily and notifies supervisors of discrepancies.
• Answers member inquiries on accounts and transactions, processes payments and issues cashier's checks.
• Researches and resolves member concerns to improve service quality.
• Assists other departments and branches with transactions as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
