• M&T Way Certified; Precision Leadership Certified; Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs sales and business development to achieve branch profitability and annual goals.
• Leads and coaches staff, sets priorities, and evaluates performance.
• Identify customer needs via M&T sales processes and provide short/long-term solutions.
• Prospect and grow Business Banking relationships and community presence.
