• Licensing training provided within 6 months.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Business Banking products.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads team through coaching, performance management, and priorities.
• Builds and develops branch staff.
• Identifies customer needs through M&T sales processes and offers solutions.
• Proactively grows Business Banking relationships through outreach.
• Builds the bank’s presence in the community.
• Interviews and selects employees as staffing requires.
• Models and coaches customer service and needs determination behaviors.
• Ensures compliance with policies and risk controls.
• Processes Business Banking loan requests up to $100,000.
