Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years’ relevant experience.
• Minimum three years sales experience.
• Minimum two years managerial experience or proven leadership abilities.
• Insurance licensing required within 18 months of entry into position.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch profitability through sales and business development, meeting annual goals.
• Lead, coach and develop branch staff; manage staffing and performance.
• Identify Retail and Business Banking needs using M&T sales processes.
• Proactively grow Business Banking relationships and community presence.
• Ensure compliance with operational, security and control policies.
