• Proactively grow Business Banking relationships and community presence.
• Conduct interviews and staffing decisions.
• Model and coach exceptional customer service and risk controls.
• Oversee operational controls, compliance, and fraud prevention.
• Own complex account servicing and escalations, coaching for resolution.
• Grow the business through proactive sales and external outreach.
• Build partnerships across bank areas to resolve customer and staff issues.
