Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years managerial experience or proven leadership abilities.
• Licensing for Life/Accident and Health Insurance within 18 months of entry.
• Branch training for licensing within 6 months.
• Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products and client relationships.
• Experience with PC software including Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and business development to achieve branch profitability and goals.
• Coach and develop branch staff and manage performance.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions through M&T processes.
• Proactively grow Business Banking relationships through outreach.
• Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
• Provide customer service and issue resolution support.
• Lead staffing, performance appraisals, and promotions.
