Responsibilities

• Play key role in Relationship Management and Sales Process within the branch.
• Complete basic research on customer profiles to tailor financial discussions.
• Identify financial needs and present product/service options with partners.
• Proactively reach out to clients via email or phone to educate on products.
• Onboard new customers through outreach and establish trust with clients.
• Schedule and hold weekly appointments; prepare with pre-call plans.
• Ensure compliance with Federal SAFE Act registration requirements.
• Perform customer servicing interactions and adhere to risk controls.
• Promote the M&T Bank brand and inclusive, belonging environment.
• Maintain internal controls and address audit/regulatory findings.
• Carry out additional related duties as assigned.
