Woodforest National Bank in Frisco, TX is seeking a Branch Banker to serve as frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience and building retail customer relationships through exceptional service. This role emphasizes proactive marketing, product knowledge, and accurate transaction processing, with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.

Candidates should have customer service experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and flexibility for extended hours; in-store banking

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
• Demonstrate ownership in resolving customer inquiries or concerns at the first point of contact, utilizing internal partners as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to explain complex solutions in a simple to understand way.
