Job summary

Lonestar Forklift in Odessa, Texas, is seeking a Branch Administrator to warmly welcome customers, direct visitors, answer calls, and support branch operations in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong MS Office skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and solid organizational abilities to collaborate with Sales, Rentals, Parts, and Service teams on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Previous reception or customer service experience.
• English and Spanish language proficiency required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills, planning skills, and multitasking ability.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all job levels.
• Confident self-starter and team player.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate shipments and interoffice mail.
• Order and maintain office supplies and marketing items.
• Track invoices and follow up with vendors on outstanding payments.
• Assist Service Dispatchers with coordination of service jobs for Technicians.
• Enter safety data into the filing system and maintain safety records.
• Complete expense reports and provide administrative support to Sales, Rentals, Parts, and Service teams.
• Manage and reconcile branch petty cash.
