Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a bilingual BCBA to lead individualized ABA care and strengthen communication with clients, caregivers, and community partners in North Carolina. The role requires a second language and NC market proficiency.

You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, analyze data, and coordinate with schools and providers. Qualified candidates hold BCBA certification, NC LBA, and a master's degree in a related field, with strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • NC LBA license or eligibility.
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
  • Professional proficiency in English and the additional language required for the assigned market.
  • Experience with treatment planning, staff supervision, and caregiver collaboration.

Responsibilities
