Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a bilingual BCBA to lead individualized ABA care and strengthen communication with clients, caregivers, and community partners in North Carolina. The role requires a second language and NC market proficiency.

You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, analyze data, and coordinate with schools and providers. Qualified candidates hold BCBA certification, NC LBA, and a master's degree in a related field, with strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• NC LBA license or eligibility.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and the additional language required for the assigned market.
• Experience with treatment planning, staff supervision, and caregiver collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates.
• Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical need.
• Supervise and train RBTs and BTs with clear, practical feedback.
• Provide caregiver guidance using the required language when appropriate.
• Coordinate care with schools, providers, and internal teams.
• Maintain timely documentation and comply with BACB, payer, privacy, and state requirements.
• Promote culturally responsive and respectful communication throughout service delivery.
