Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide hybrid ABA services, combining telehealth and in-person sessions, supervision, caregiver collaboration, and field visits as needed.

You will complete assessments, design and update treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and partner with families and professionals to ensure consistency across settings, while maintaining compliant documentation and clear communication.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification must be current and in good standing.
• MD LBA licensure is required.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and collaborating with caregivers.
• Reliable internet and private telehealth workspace; ability to travel when required.
• Strong independent work habits and responsive communication.

This position combines telehealth responsibilities with in-person services, supervision, caregiver collaboration, or field visits as required by the posted market, payer rules, client needs, and state licensure requirements. It is not guaranteed to be fully remote.
