Xylem Tree Experts in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Billing Specialist to prepare customer billing weekly for a defined territory and perform related administrative tasks. You will manage billing for fixed-price and hourly jobs, maintain equipment records, and update contract details in our systems.

The ideal candidate will have billing experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and demonstrate strong time management, accuracy, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or education equivalent required.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly customer billing for a specific territory and perform related admin tasks.
• Track billing for fixed-price and hourly jobs and prepare weekly invoices.
• Maintain equipment locations and update HRIS with employee changes.
• Review and understand contracts and billing rules for accurate invoicing.
• File and mail documents to field staff as needed.
