The role involves processing payroll inputs, tracking job billing, issuing invoices for hourly work, and maintaining contract details and HRIS data with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in billing is required.
• High School diploma or education equivalent required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly customer billing for a specific territory.
• Track billing for fixed price and hourly jobs.
• Prepare weekly invoices and maintain equipment location records.
• Enter employee and billing data into HRIS and related systems.
• Demonstrate strong time management, accuracy, and communication.
