Diversified Technology Corp. in Bloomsburg, PA seeks a Bilingual Billing Office Associate to support utility clients in English and Spanish. The role includes billing, payment processing, and customer support across multiple platforms, on-site from Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm.

You will work closely with clients to ensure accurate invoices and smooth platform navigation, leveraging bilingual communication to serve diverse utility customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
• Associate degree in bookkeeping/office management; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service is required or preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM software.
• Strong mathematical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Bilingual client support via phone and email in English and Spanish.
• Process manual and electronic payments, mail handling and file management.
• Generate invoices, notices and reports using our billing software.
• Assist clients with platform navigation and troubleshooting in their language.
• Handle bulk mailings and maintain detailed payment records; support billing operations.

Serve our utility client base in both English and Spanish - handling phone and email support, payment processing, and platform navigation with care and precision.

This is a Monday through Friday position. Hours are 8 am - 5 pm. It is also an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

• Bilingual Client Support: Handle daily communications with clients and customers in both English and Spanish via phone and email
• Payment Processing: Process manual and electronic payments, including mail handling, check scanning, and electronic file management
• Billing Operations: Generate accurate invoices, notices, and reports using our specialized software platforms
• Customer Service: Assist clients and their customers with platform navigation and troubleshooting in their preferred language
• Administrative Tasks: Manage bulk mailings, postal services, and maintain detailed payment records Technical Support: Provide comprehensive assistance with our multi-platform billing software

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish - speaking, reading, and writing proficiency required
• Associate’s degree in bookkeeping, office management, or related field (bachelor’s degree preferred) Previous customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM software
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both languages
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
