Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Specialist Bid Proposals - Bilingual to manage the creation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials. This role coordinates input from multiple teams, keeps projects on track, and ensures high-quality deliverables aligned with Concentrix branding.

The candidate will support client meetings, create content as needed, and contribute to proposal resources and best practices to win new business, working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Understanding of the BPO domain and basic industry knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple proposals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFx/proposals by creating templates and populating content.
• Create client presentations and plan opportunity-related site visits.
• Collaborate with Sales to finalize agendas and customize deliverables.
• Ensure proposal content reflects consistent style and Concentrix branding.
• Develop and update proposal templates and knowledge base.
