Formación

• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• 1+ year of sales experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and CRM proficiency
• Ability to multitask while managing CRM tools and quoting systems
• High-speed internet and a suitable home workspace

Responsabilidades

• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies.
• Respond to inbound inquiries related to policy coverage, billing, and service.
• Resolve questions requiring a valid insurance license with professionalism.
• Educate customers on policy options and required steps.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Document interactions thoroughly to ensure accuracy and continuity of service.
