Job summary

ADP is hiring a Bilingual Benefits Relationship Life Cycle Consultant in the San Francisco, CA area to manage a book of business and strengthen client relationships through service and consultation around benefit education strategies.

You will design benefit strategies, lead worksite meetings for new hires and open enrollment, collaborate with stakeholders, and travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be located in the San Francisco, CA metro area/surrounding area.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (read, write, verbal).
• Five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast‑paced service environment.
• Experience in benefits.
• Strong presentation skills keeping large audiences engaged.
• Strategic thinker who can assess needs and provide innovative solutions to assist clients in meeting their business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute benefit strategies and communication year‑round to an assigned client base, reviewing strategies to drive plan participation and retention.
• Conduct worksite benefit meetings for groups of new hires, quarterly wellness meetings to review carrier value‑add information and resources, spending accounts education, year‑end onboarding meetings, open enrollment meetings, and more.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on benefit strategies related to worksite employee enrollment in the plan.
• Continually upgrade your knowledge and skills in benefits, including attending training sessions and becoming a benefit subject matter expert.
• Adhere to a daily schedule to manage your meetings, calls, partner connections, etc.
