Job summary

HUB International in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Benefits Education & Enrollment Associate. The role supports an office-based benefits education team, leading open enrollment and education meetings both virtually and onsite, and creating bilingual enrollment videos as needed.

You will manage a small mid-market client book, ensuring timely documentation and high-quality client service. The position requires a Texas life and health license to be obtained within 60 days, and offers structured

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of employee benefits experience, including group medical, dental, vision, life, disability and ancillary products.
• Texas General Lines Life & Health license to be obtained within 60 days of employment and maintained throughout employment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead open enrollment and education meetings, both virtually and onsite.
• Record open enrollment videos in English and Spanish as requested by clients.
• Maintain a small book of business of mostly mid-market accounts.
• Perform client service activities throughout the year with timely and accurate documentation in agency management systems.
• Visit clients onsite to provide HUB Q&A office hours and new hire orientations.
