Job summary

Bright Achievements is a family-focused Behavioral Health Agency delivering home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We are seeking bilingual Spanish-speaking Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to join our team under the supervision of a BCBA.

We offer professional development, ongoing supervision, and a flexible, part-time schedule with in-home and onsite work. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required to support families and children effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• RBT certification preferred or required with support to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Attend professional development trainings as required.
• Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy.
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA services.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
