Job summary

Bright Achievements is a family-focused Behavioral Health Agency delivering home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We seek caring Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to join the team under BCBA supervision, offering flexible, part-time hours and a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA strategies, collecting data, and working closely with families to promote growth and independence.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred in related field.
• RBT certification preferred; ABA experience helpful.
• Strong communication skills are essential for family and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles.
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA services.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Respond to client, family, and supervisor needs promptly.
• Maintain professionalism and goal-oriented approach in all duties.
