Job summary

Bright Achievements is a family-focused Behavioral Health Agency delivering home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We seek caring Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to join our team under the guidance of a BCBA supervisor, providing in-home and community ABA services and collecting data on progress.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with RBT certification preferred; support to obtain it is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related field degree a plus.
• RBT certification preferred; and support to obtain it is provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend professional development trainings as required.
• Work with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA procedures.
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain professionalism in all aspects of work.
