Job summary

Bright Achievements is seeking caring Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to join our home-based ABA therapy team in North Carolina. Under a BCBA supervisor, you will provide in-home and community ABA services to children with autism, collecting data and advancing skills.

This part-time, in-person role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and, ideally, RBT certification. Fluency in Spanish is highly valued to support families.

Qualifications

• High school or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; RBT certification may be required, and support to obtain it is provided.
• Experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
