Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience as a counselor, mental health treatment professional, social worker, or therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief behavioral interventions and develop change plans for patients referred by medical providers.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and psychotherapeutic interventions for patients with medical conditions.
• Provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, and brief psychotherapy for primary care patients.
