Job summary

The Community Health Centers of Lane County (CHCLC) seeks a Mental Health Specialist to join an integrated primary care team operating within the Patient Centered Medical Home model. You will provide professional mental health and behavioral services to a diverse patient population, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, and crisis interventions.

You will work alongside physicians, nurses, and other behavioral health staff, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field (psychology, social work, counseling, or related).
• Two years of professional mental health experience, including program-specific work.
• State licensure in Oregon or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and crisis intervention services.
• Educate patients and provide referrals as appropriate.
