Job summary

Legacy Community Health in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Behavioral Health Representative II who supports on-site psychiatrists, performs patient rooming and vitals, and coordinates referrals. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication and teamwork within a clinic setting.

The position is hybrid with a Monday–Friday schedule, focusing on screenings, risk assessments, and care management to ensure timely access to behavioral health services for patients in the community.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• BLS (CPR & AED) Certified.
• One year of behavioral health or clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to on-site Behavioral Health providers, with a focus on Psychiatrists.
• Take patient vitals and complete patient rooming.
• Manage referrals to providers.
• Screen new and existing patients using risk assessments.
• Coordinate with the Behavioral Health Supervisor and support staff.
