Job summary

Legacy Community Health is seeking a Bilingual Behavioral Health Representative I to join their team. This role focuses on supporting on-site Behavioral Health providers and ensuring that patients receive the care they need.

You will be responsible for managing provider schedules, facilitating communication, and assisting with patient registration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership ability, and be willing to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BLS (CPR & AED) Certified required.
• Three to six months of related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Behavioral Health preferred.
• Good direct and telephone communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Behavioral Health providers in patient care.
• Manage provider schedules and patient flow.
• Facilitate communication between providers and patients.
• Assist new patients with registration and risk assessments.
• Participate in mandatory team meetings.
