Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• Proficient with medical record software and general office software.
• Spanish speaking preferred and compensated.
• Bilingual/ASL or multilingual skills compensated above base pay.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Case Manager provides case management activities and supports individuals and families throughout treatment.
• Directs, coordinates, and manages care and services for clients.
• Uses evidence-based clinical practices and interventions aligned with client values and needs.
