Job summary

Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) is seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality home visiting services to vulnerable families. You will work within the Healthy Families America framework to strengthen parent-child relationships and improve health outcomes.

The role requires engagement with diverse communities, flexibility in hours, and collaboration with state guidelines. FSRI emphasizes growth, training, and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Ability to work with diverse families and communities.
• Flexibility to provide services during weeknights/weekends.
• Knowledge of state and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home visiting services to vulnerable families per HFA model.
• Partner with families to improve parent-child relationships and child health outcomes.
• Ensure fidelity to the HFA model and RI Health guidelines.
• Facilitate groups, conduct community outreach, and build community partnerships.
