Job summary

Butterfly Effects in South Carolina is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) ABA Behavior Technician / RBT to work Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 7 pm, primarily in clients' homes and schools. You will implement ABA strategies under supervision, using play-based activities to teach communication, social skills, and daily living tasks. No experience with RBT?

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus; RBT pursued if available.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Able to work Mondays–Fridays 3–7pm.
• Willing to pursue RBT certification with company support.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA strategies with the child in homes, schools, or our centers.
• Make sessions engaging and play-based to teach communication and essential skills.
• Support families, monitor progress, and maintain session notes.
• Participate in training to obtain RBT certification.
