Butterfly Effects is hiring a Child Interventionist in Hanford, CA for a part-time role. The position supports children with autism, implementing ABA-based plans under supervision and assisting families in developing vital communication and self-care skills.

We offer after-school hours (3pm-7pm), 9–15 hours per week, with potential pathways toward RBT certification or BCBA-level growth, plus educational support and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a company background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT certification is a plus.
• Interest in ongoing development and learning.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in all interactions.
• Assists clients to acquire academic or life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents and analysts.
• Completes daily paperwork and data entry accurately.
• Participates in ongoing training programs.
