Butterfly Effects in Marietta, GA is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Behavior Technician/ RBT for a part-time role (15–20 hours/week) at our Marietta, Georgia Center. You will implement ABA-based plans, observe client progress, and support families.

Responsibilities include data collection, behavior management, and collaboration with BCBA supervision. Requires high school diploma; RBT certification preferred. Transportation and a device (tablet/laptop) are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT Certification if already obtained.
• Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is required.
• Prior experience with children is advantageous.
• Own transportation and ability to travel to the Marietta, GA Center.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports on client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in interactions with clients.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents, clinicians, and clients.
• Completes daily paperwork and data collection in the online system.
• Participates in ongoing training programs.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows BE policies.
