Job summary

Love 2 Learn ABA in California seeks a compassionate bilingual (Spanish and English) Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with learners diagnosed with ASD. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized ABA plans to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Positions are available as full-time and part-time roles. Compensation ranges from $24 to $30 per hour, with paid 40-hour training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• RBT credential within 90 days of hire; training provided.
• Clearances: background check and fingerprinting.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, active auto insurance for home-based positions.
• Experience with children, individuals with special needs, or caregiving preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in home/school/community settings.
• Implement treatment plans and ABA protocols designed by the BCBA.
• Teach daily living, social, and communication skills using positive reinforcement.
• Collect accurate real-time data and maintain session notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and caregivers; participate in team meetings.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and BACB guidelines.
